Cancelling or Modifying an Order
If you need to cancel or modify an order and it has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order enters processing.
You may not cancel or modify an order for customized or made-to-order products. Refunds for cancelled orders may take 7-10 business days to process.
Payment

Taxes

Shipping & Handling

Delivery

Delivery Confirmation
We will email a shipment confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped. Please contact us if you do not receive a shipment confirmation within the estimated timeframe.
Inspect Package Upon Receipt
Carefully inspect the packaging and contents of your order as soon as you receive it. Notify us immediately if you see any damage or other issues. Photograph any damage to the products or packaging for documentation purposes.
Delivery Failures
We are not liable for any lost shipments or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information or other factors outside of our control. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we cannot refund the cost of original shipping. You may be charged additional shipping costs to re-send the order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
Most unopened products in new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order customized products.
To initiate a return, contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly label the package with the RMA number and include all original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance when returning a product. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds are generally issued in the original payment form used for purchase. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process once the return is received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and notify us immediately if products are damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund. We may request photo documentation of any damage or defects.
For defective or damaged products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the product. Once received, we will ship a new replacement product to you at no charge.
User Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account credentials and protecting access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from unauthorized access due to lost or stolen credentials.
